We use personal data to provide the service you request; create and secure accounts; review and publish eligible records; connect buyers, sellers and professionals with the correct permissions; process orders and entitlements; arrange consultations; respond to support or grievance requests; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain service reliability; and meet legal, tax, accounting or regulatory duties.
Where processing relies on consent, the request will identify the data and purpose. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, subject to data we must retain for legal, security or transaction-record purposes.
4. When data is shared
We share only what is reasonably needed with service providers supporting hosting, communications, identity, payments, storage, analytics, security and professional consultation; with marketplace participants when you use an authorised contact or transaction flow; and with authorities where disclosure is required by law. Horse-health files and case details may be shared with the professional assigned to review your request. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention and security
We retain records only as long as needed for the stated service, legitimate security and dispute needs, and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We use access controls, transport security, backups and operational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not upload Aadhaar, PAN, payment-card data or unrelated medical information unless a specific approved workflow requests it.
